Dorothy V. Reeves, 98, long time resident, passed away Thursday, July 26, 2018 at Ayers Health and Rehabilitation Center in Trenton.  She was a long time member of the First United Methodist Church of High Springs.  She was a 50+ year member of the Order of Eastern Star Santa Fe Chapter #105.

She was preceded in death after 60 years to her late husband Arthur G. Reeves, Sr.

She is survived by son Arthur (Mary) Reeves, Jr., Trenton, Florida; daughters Joyce (Chet) Messer, Belmont, Massachusetts and Pamela (Dean) Papas, Long Island, New York; step daughter Carolyn (Marty) Mastros, Vineland, New Jersey; 8 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.

Visitation will be held on Monday, July 30, 2018 from 6-8 p.m. at Evans Carter Funeral Home, High Springs.  Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, July 31, 2018 at 2:00 p.m. at the First United Methodist Church, High Springs.  Interment will be at the High Springs Cemetery immediately following the funeral.

In lieu of flowers, please donate to Ayers Health and Rehabilitation Center (Wheels to the World), 606 NE 7th St, Trenton, Florida 32693.
