Diann Roberts


Diann Roberts (Granny, Granny Toad, Grand-Dino, & G-Granny), 80, of High Springs, Florida, passed away on Wednesday, December 22, 2021.  Diann was born in Winnsbro, Texas on August 27, 1941 to Ruphert and Era Faye Allen. Diann was married to the late Paul B. Roberts.

Diann worked as a Department Manager for Pic-N-Save. She enjoyed spending time with family, gardening, golf cart rides, eating out, beach trips, and back yard bird watching.

Diann was preceded in death by her parents, Ruphert and Era Faye Allen and her loving husband, Paul B. Roberts.

Diann is survived by her brother, Victor Lee Allen, Lake Possum Kingdom, Texas; two sisters, Linda Geneva Hargrove, Marshall, Texas and Darllene (Johnny) Tidwell, Big Springs, Texas; her son, Roy Roberts, High Springs, Florida; two daughters, Jackie Adams, High Springs, Florida and Karen Roberts (Donald Breit), Alachua, Florida; three grandchildren, Amanda (Thomas Lee) Starling, Raiford, Florida, Chad Roberts, High Springs, Florida, and Justin Adams, Fort White, Florida; and nine great-grandchildren.

The Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, December 27, 2021 at Evans Carter Funeral Home, 18724 High Springs Main Street, High Springs, Florida.
