After a long health battle, Dianne Lindsey Lovett, 73, passed away peacefully at E. T. York Hospice on December 23, 2022, surrounded by her loved ones.

She was born December 17, 1949 in Jacksonville, FL to George and Elease Lindsey, Jr.  Dianne moved to Gainesville with her parents and older brother in early 1950 when her father accepted a job with the City.  Dianne attended Gainesville High School.

Dianne had a love without end for her family, never met a stranger, and always put others’ needs before her own. She will be greatly missed by all who knew her.

Dianne was preceded in death by her parents.

She leaves behind husband, David Wayne Lovett; son, Robert Cox, Jr (Tracy); daughter, Dana Ward (Jed); brothers, George M. Lindsey III (Marsha), Wayne Lindsey (Lisa); 4 grandchildren, Tiffany, Blake, Mallory, Olivia; 6 great-grandchildren, Landon, Kayden, Bayley, Lawson, Taylen, and Kymber.

The visitation will be Thursday, December 29, 2022 at 1:30 pm with the funeral service to follow at 2:30 p.m. at Evans-Carter Funeral Home, 18724 High Springs Main Street, High Springs, Florida 32643.
