Gwendline Burnsed Keltner “Gaga”, 76, of Fort White, Florida passed away on August 16, 2022, after a short illness.

Gwen was born on November 18, 1945, to Neal and Estelle Burnsed in Jacksonville, Florida. Gwen spent her younger childhood years in Baker County, Florida. She graduated from Boca Ciega High School (St. Petersburg, Florida) in 1963.

In 1959, she met the love of her life, Elroy Keltner. They wed August 1, 1965, going on to have 2 children, Belinda Buchanan (Alan) and Nikki Noah (Rusty).

Gwen was predeceased by her father, Neal Burnsed and mother, Estelle Burnsed.

She is survived by her husband, Elroy Keltner; daughter, Belinda Buchanan (Alan); daughter, Nikki Noah (Rusty); granddaughter (her “Sunshine”), Emily Noah; grandson, Grady Noah; granddaughter, Suzana Buchanan; “son-in-law” Wally Noah (Samantha); “grandchildren” Kendra Ryan (Dustin), Karlee Noah, and Wesley Noah; “great-grandchildren” Kayleigh Ryan, Adaline Ryan, and Anthony Ryan; sisters: Betty Siders, Sally Rooney (Joe), and Ruth Spivey (Greg). She is also survived by a host of other family and friends.

Visitation with family will be held at Evans Carter Funeral Home, 18724 High Springs Main Street, High Springs, FL 32643, on Monday, August 22, 2022, from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held at Elim Baptist Church, 3435 SW Elim Church Rd, Fort White, FL 32038, on Tuesday, August 23, 2022, at 11:00 a.m. with interment immediately following the service.
