Mary “Rosemary” Radford, 88, of Gainesville, FL passed away on July 1, 2021. She was born in Campbellsville, KY on December 1, 1932 to Frank and Lula Ross. Rosemary was married to Milton Radford for 49 years.

She worked most of her life as a homemaker and enjoyed a time where she worked as a cook showing her love of cooking and serving others. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends as well as playing cards. She was actively involved with being a foster grandparent at Metcalfe Elementary. She was an active member of her church and loved serving the Lord.

Rosemary is survived by her son, Ronnie Radford of Alachua, FL, daughters Rose Hall (Steve) of Beaufort, NC, Leslie Radford of Gainesville, FL, Peggy Sommers (Randy) of High Springs, FL, Betty Radford of Fort White, FL, Janet Bailey-Robinson (Derrick) of Gainesville, FL, and sisters Barbara Bridges (Stuart) and Pam Zimmerman of Franklin, IN.

Rosemary is preceded in death by her husband Milton Radford, son Ralph Radford, grandson Marshall Radford, granddaughters Melissa and Melinda Radford, brothers Gerald Ross, Charles Ross, Jim Ross, Doug Ross, and Russell Ross, sisters Ann Patrick and Hilda Cooper, and brother-in-law David Zimmerman.

Rosemary was blessed with 18 grandchildren and 35 great grandchildren whom she loved dearly.

The visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 6, 2021 from 10-11 am at Evans Carter Funeral Home. The funeral will follow at 11:00am and the burial will take place at High Springs Cemetery.
