Richard “Dick” Floyd Bezesky, 77, of High Springs, Florida, passed away on Friday, May 13, 2022. Richard was born in Detroit, Michigan on June 2, 1944 to Rufus and Marta Bezesky.

Richard was married to Prudence for 57 years.

He attended Farmington High School.  He worked as a brick mason and owned, R Bezesky Masonry Company. He enjoyed riding motorcycles and snowmobiles, hunting, playing guitar and country music, gardening, off road adventures and spending time with his grandchildren.  He was a member of the Congregation of Jehovah’s Witnesses.

Richard is survived by his wife, Prudence Bezesky of High Springs, his son, Richard Joel (Ana) Bezesky of Nashville, Tennessee, his daughter, Kurstan Bezesky Crawford of Detroit, Michigan, and his grandchildren, Zane, Tasha, Corey (Raylin), Jena (Mark), Tyler and Jacob.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Rufus and Marta Bezesky and his sisters, Julianna Jones, Patricia West, and Ruth Ann Kacin.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Richard’s name can be sent to Chase Bank, 5464 NW 43rd St, Gainesville, Florida, 32653.  Please put Prudence Bezesky’s name in the check’s memo field.
