Susan Heidi Marangoni, 69, of High Springs, passed away peacefully on Monday, August 15th. She was surrounded by her family and loved ones.
Susan was born in Pen Argyle, Pennsylvania, and grew up in Palisades Park and Washington Township, New Jersey. After graduating nursing school, she moved to Florida, a state she loved and remained in until her death.
Sue was a beloved member of the Spring Ridge Church of God and enjoyed ministering to her friends and family in ways that blessed all of those who knew her. She will be clearly missed and always remembered.
Sue was predeceased by her father and mother, Russell McElroy and Heidi Kamp McElroy and son, Ralph Marino Marangoni.
She is survived by Tony, her husband of 44 years, and her children, Drian, Jennifer, Joshua, Anthony, Vincent, Asa, Alissa, Brianna, Douglas, and Hunter, as well as Austin, her grandson that resided with her and Tony, and a host of he4r children’s spouses and 9 amazing grandchildren that were the apple of her eye; her brother, Alan McElroy; and sister, Penny McElroy.
Tony has requested a Celebration of Life be held in Susan’s honor. All of Sue’s family, friends, and loved ones can join us in celebrating her beautiful, well-lived and God-centered life, at Spring Ridge Church of God, 5529 NE 52nd Pl, High Springs, Florida, on Saturday, August 20, 2022 at 2:00 p.m.
